Content Marketing Nike

Brand Name:  Nike


Current Idea: Nike features different Sports celebrities to promote its products. These celebrities play roles in videos and has photoshoots wearing Nike products.

Idea: Nike should start an online campaign for all the social media users. The idea of Campaign should be that there will be an online contest of videos on Facebook, Fans will make their own videos featuring Nike products and send them to Nike official page on Facebook. The Videos will be judged by both Nike and social media users on basis of likes, comments, shares and other creative aspects. The winners will get Nike products like shoes, sport kits etc., as a prize.

Audience: audience will be all the Facebook users because there are 1.8billion Facebook users.

Goals: our goals are to build a strong fan base on Facebook. Using this contest, the people will visit the Nike Facebook page more often and they will promote their own videos which will promote the Nike Page with it. The likes and reach of the page will increase fast and some of these people will also visit the Nike website to buy products.

Planning: We are planning to launch this campaign in the end of spring because people can go out in nice weather and they can shoot some really cool videos. It will be easier for them to feature different products of Nike.


Platforms: We will be using two major social media platforms, which are Facebook and YouTube.
